 Born and raised in New Mexico, Ryan is excited to begin a new career in Real Estate. With prior experience in law enforcement, Ryan brings a unique perspective and strong problem-solving skills to the table. Currently, Ryan is part of an electrical apprenticeship and is on track to obtain an Inside Wireman Journeyman license in 2025. Following this, Ryan plans to join the Lineman apprenticeship to earn a high voltage license. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and watching sports. With a strong commitment to the community and a passion for helping others, he is dedicated to providing exceptional service in the real estate industry.  

Hi, I’m Taylor Matsu, a licensed realtor with 45 Realty. I’ve been a licensed realtor since January 2022, and before that I worked in real estate title insurance at First American Title. I serve clients from Socorro to Sandoval County, with a particular focus on Valencia County, where I was born and raised and still reside today.

My specialty is working with buyers, especially first-time homebuyers. I’m passionate about helping my clients save money through effective negotiation, educating my buyers and making the buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. My mission is to help buyers secure the best deal possible while achieving their homeownership goals.

In my free time, you can find me reading, cooking, shooting my bow, or cruising in my 1986 Chevy with a 12-valve. I also cherish spending quality time with my family, and including being a proud auntie to my nephews, Mason and Cohen.

Ron, a dedicated, licensed associate broker passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals—whether it’s owning a dream home, selling a property, or making smart investments.

Born in Colorado and raised in sunny California, Ron’s diverse background and life experiences have equipped him with a versatile skillset.  As an Air Force veteran, his service brought him to New Mexico, where he’s proudly lived for the past 25 years. Over his career, Ron has excelled in various roles, including market sales, condominium and apartment supervision, and coordinating job placements for international teachers. These positions sharpened his organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and, most importantly, his understanding of people’s unique needs.

Ron’s passion for real estate naturally developed as a property investor. Experiencing both the challenges and rewards of property ownership firsthand inspired him to transition into real estate professionally. Today, he uses his knowledge of the housing market and trends to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every aspect of their real estate journeys.  Outside of his professional role, Ron enjoys giving back to his local community in New Mexico and celebrating the state’s vibrant culture. Tanya is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she obtained her Batchelor of Arts, Major in Biology, Minor in Psychology.  She had been in the medical field and also spent some time at home raising her children.  In 2018 Matthew, her husband, and she decided to open their own local brokerage together and she got licensed in 2018.  Tanya not only serves as the Designated broker of the office, but also handles all the accounts payable and accounts receivable and manages the day to day operation of the office.  She excels and has experience in all aspects of real estate; residential, commercial, vacant land, and property management.  Her favorite part on her job is helping people finding their home.  At home she most enjoys spending time with her family.

Matt has been in the real estate industry since 1998 and a licensed real estate broker since 2006. In 2018 with Tanya, his wife, they realized our community needed a local source for real estate needs and 45/ Realty was born.  Together Tanya and Matthew have their own investments and enjoy helping clients with their sales and purchases.  Matt has helped clients with sales and acquisitions of Commercial, Manufactured Housing Communities, Apartments, Residential homes, Vacant land, and Farm land.  Matt  assists his clients in Development, Real Estate consulting and advisement.  Matt also holds a New Mexico General Contractors license and builds new homes and swimming pools.  Matt is a retired New Mexico State Police Major, his hobbies include, hunting, hiking, and hanging out with his family.
