Our Team

Matt has been in the real estate industry since 1998 and a licensed real estate broker since 2006. In 2018 with Tanya, his wife, they brought there  dream to reality when they realized our community needed a local source for real estate needs and 45/ Realty was born.  Together Matthew and Tanya have their own investments and enjoy helping clients with their sales and purchases.  Matt has helped clients with sales and acquisitions of Commercial, Manufactured Housing Communities, Apartments,  Residential homes, Vacant land, and Farm land.  Matt also assists his clients in Development, Real Estate consulting and advisement.  Matt also holds a New Mexico General Contractors license and builds new homes and swimming pools.  Matt is a retired New Mexico State Police Major, his hobbies include, hunting, hiking, working on his property and hanging out with his family.

Tanya is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she obtained her Batchelor of Arts, Major in Biology, Minor in Psychology.  She had been in the medical field and also spent some time at home raising her children.  In 2018 Matthew, her husband, and she decided to open their own local brokerage together and she got licensed in 2018.  Her favorite part on her job is helping people finding their home.  She does all aspects of real estate; residential, commercial, vacant land, and property management.
